My daughter just got her braces off! We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ragan. As a mom, I felt so secure in his deep understanding of the craft and his use of state of the art technology. As a creative, I could feel he wasn't just following a cookie cutter protocol, but he was problem solving with his own informed approach. It's an honor to have the orthodontist who teach other orthodontists work on my child's smile. The office staff and dental assistants have always been supportive and helpful too. I highly recommend Dr Pollan! My daughter’s teeth came out beautiful. My daughter is very shy and not a fan of any type of dentist. Dr Pollan put her at ease and she never once complained about pain. Dr Pollan relates to kids and in return they gladly listen and follow her instructions. Best part of her office visits - she runs on time!!!

When it comes to our children we want the best. Going with Dr. Ragan for her braces was one of the best decisions I made for her. She feels comfortable with him and his staff. Dr. Pollan is an amazing Orthodontist that is highly dedicated to achieving perfect results. She is extremely detail-oriented in her approach ( including the most recent research in her field) and also always concerned to ensure the most gentle technique for the patient. While working on my daughter’s braces she was willing to answer any and all questions and work through options. Dr. Pollan presented us with her recommendations at appropriate points in the treatment and also allowed for patient advocacy and input. Truly professional and extremely knowledgeable.
