Dr. Benitez and his Staff are All ambassadors of Customer Service. He and his Staff, both Clinical and Office, have provided exceptional orthodontic services for my family and the Lake Highlands Community for many years. It never mattered if we needed to see him by appointment or an emergency appointment for an adjustment, Dr. Benitez always made time to see us, during office hours, after hours and even sometimes on his day off…it didn’t matter, we were always his most important patients, I’m sure just like every one of his patients…thanks for all the years of beautiful smiles Dallas Ortodontics!
