I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Star Orthodontics on Everhart and Staples. The level of professionalism and customer service I experienced was unacceptable. I was essentially ignored during my visit, and when I finally received assistance, Shayla was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. On top of that, she did not seem knowledgeable about what she was doing, and I found myself questioning whether I was receiving accurate information or proper assistance. What bothered me most was the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Patients should not have to feel like they are inconveniencing staff by asking questions or expecting help. I should have left feeling confident that my concerns were heard and handled appropriately, but instead I left frustrated and disappointed. I am sharing this review because I hope management takes these concerns seriously. Customer service matters, and staff who interact directly with patients should be respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to actually assist them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

Every time we’ve visited, they have been prompt. Also, they have always made us welcome and my daughter comfortable during her visit. They have communicated every step of the way.

Very friendly staff and great service! We went in expecting a quote and a follow up appointment. They were able to put my daughter’s braces on that same say! Great experience so far!
