We were running late due to a flat tire and they immediately pushed our appointment back. When we got in there was a 30 min wait and the waiting room was full. The receptionist was very accommodating and called me on my phone when my son was ready to be seen while we waited in our car. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I haven’t encountered anyone who isn’t friendly or not smiling. Great job to the whole staff. Also my son loves the weighted blanket and the weight doggie, Bob. Helps my son feel cozy and warm. Extra touch definitely goes a long way with kids!! Thank you Star Orthodontics!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire team! Dr. Roxanne and Dr. Daniel at Star Orthodontics are absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed and cared for. The entire team provides outstanding service, and they truly go above and beyond to create a positive experience for their patients and families. What really sets this office apart is their health-focused approach to treatment. They are not just focused on straightening teeth — they genuinely care about airway health, overall wellness, and creating the best long-term outcomes for their patients. 5 stars all the way. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Star Orthodontics on Everhart and Staples. The level of professionalism and customer service I experienced was unacceptable. I was essentially ignored during my visit, and when I finally received assistance, Shayla was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. On top of that, she did not seem knowledgeable about what she was doing, and I found myself questioning whether I was receiving accurate information or proper assistance. What bothered me most was the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Patients should not have to feel like they are inconveniencing staff by asking questions or expecting help. I should have left feeling confident that my concerns were heard and handled appropriately, but instead I left frustrated and disappointed. I am sharing this review because I hope management takes these concerns seriously. Customer service matters, and staff who interact directly with patients should be respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to actually assist them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

We are coming to the end of our braces journey and we couldn’t be happier. We are so glad we chose STAR and so grateful Amy was there thru it all with us! We were expecting a tough journey but the results were worth it all!! The confidence my daughter has gained is priceless!

Very friendly staff and great service! We went in expecting a quote and a follow up appointment. They were able to put my daughter’s braces on that same say! Great experience so far!
