I wish I remembered her name, but the woman who worked on my son was impeccable. Very gentle and kind. Completely meant to work with children. She also did an outstanding job rebuilding my son’s front tooth. We had a great experience. Before and after of my sons broken tooth

Excellent services. The best place to take your children. The staff is very polite, professional, and attentive. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable.

UPDATE: Spoke with an office manager in-depth about the experience and she was extremely kind and understanding, I feel heard and that my experience with the one individual at the office was addressed which overall helps me feel much more confident in bringing my children to this office and to have someone take the time out of their day to discuss the experience and seek out getting a well rounded view of what happened in order to address patient communication across the board really speaks to how much they care about each patient and family individually, they easily could have written me off as “just one patient” but they didn’t and it does show they are on top of each and every aspect of running a business smoothly and professionally. My confidence in this office definitely improved after the conversation and hopefully it was just an off day for that staff member yesterday and others won’t experience the same thing we did. Thank you! Overall I really want to love this visit and office, check in was smooth, the dentist her assistant the X-ray tech everyone we interacted with was absolutely fantastic EXCEPT for the lady at check out and she was the same lady we spoke to on the phone the day prior to the visit when we had questions about appointment expectations because we are a referral from another dentist for our son. She absolutely ruined the entire experience for us, what would have been a great visit instead turned sour and left a bad taste because of the final experience we had while leaving. Our son unfortunately has some extra work that needs to be done and that was the purpose of the phone call the day before inquiring about visit expectations, we had an exam and treatment plan from another dentist, so we called to ask if same day treatment was possible or what to expect at this visit. On that phone call she said “we never do same day treatments because we don’t know how your child behaves and if you want same day you need to call your dentist back and asked to be referred to someone else” that comment alone was unnecessary, we had very normal questions about the game plan for our appointment so we knew what to expect today. Leading to our check out experience it was the same woman from the phone call, she started the conversation off with “you’re the one who called yesterday and asked if we could treat same day, well see your kid has to go to Driscoll so obviously we couldn’t do that” and my follow up to that was that’s ok that’s the point of us calling with completely normal questions about appointment procedures so we knew expectations coming in today. Her comment was snarky and belittling and at the end of the day makes me question the overall quality of care and has me hesitating with moving forward with the procedure my son needs through this office. This office came highly recommended and we also have experience working in the dental industry, I myself am a doctor in another field, we aren’t completely clueless on how bedside manner, office policies, and appointments work. At the end of the day the office staff at checkout is not a dental or medical professional and ultimately has no business making a comment on the care my child needs and the lack of professionalism at check out needs to be addressed. If it wasn’t for how fantastic all the rest of the staff was we would not be moving forward with care at this office, but outside of this experience it was overall good and the dentist was great with my son which at the end of the day is what’s important. I just wish we would have left with a better feeling about the office due to the comments of one person who was the last point of contact before walking out the door.

We've had great experience with the dentists and dental assistants. They are are all knowledgeable, friendly, and work very quickly. It doesn't feel like you are being rushed out though. I've taken my 1, 8 and 9 year olds. I didn't give them 5 stars because the woman who make the appointments was rude. Everyone else was Great!

They’re great on my grandson. Very kindly, patience, professional and lovely with my little kid.
