The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Sima Habrawi was amazing. She took the time to clearly explain my condition and what needed to be done, and made me feel comfortable the whole time, like talking to a friend rather than just a patient. Highly recommend!

Try 2. Had an appt. Got a text message for confirmation and everything. Said no appt. Reschedule. 1st appt: I have Medicaid for pregnant women. I was there an hour before being pulled to the back. I had X-rays done after an hour of waiting. I left at an hour and a half bc I don't have time for a cleaning as my sugar is dropping. Whomever in the back seems frustrated with me. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in 18-19 yrs so I don't know what all to expect much less to be there an hour and 35 mins with only X-rays done. The dentist lady was nice. One of the front desk ladies was nice. Will update after cleaning (fingers crossed if medicaid covers it).

The staff are very friendly. They did everything they could do for me with my insurance. And of course my insurance wouldn't help me. But that's not thier fault. The dentist and her assistant were very nice. They would stop and ask me if I was doing ok. Very clean teeth.

What’s the deal ? Why are all offices closed ? My daughter was supposed to have an appointment this month and no one mentioned about there system being hacked into… I heard they might not even open back up. What are the next steps to this? Do I need to look into another Orto? No one is saying anything… am I going to be charged double cause if this? I need answers!

Facility apparently does not follow their own appointment times they set appointments only to have you wait more than 30min
