Complete Dental Studio

Well….when we started going here a couple yrs ago when it was Dr. Botros, they were great. Fast fwd until now and man, they have gone down hill so fast! I guess we should have seen the writing on the walls when all the temp dentists were showing up. We switched dentists to Lemon Creek Smiles Dentistry. They (Complete Dental Studio) are using ONLY temp dentists. There is absolutely no patient/dentist relationship any longer. It was leaked out by a dental assistant that they are looking to sell and “need the patients to get by”. This is also why they aren’t finding a permanent dentist. They should have just said they need us patients to make the rent. My last visit I sat there in the chair for 45 min, to just be told that the temp dentist was “so slow”, and “it could be a while”. I was sent along having NEVER seen the dentist, and told by the dental assistant that “he had all the info he needed, and will pass it on to the dentist”. WHAT!!!!??? Mind you I was there for a crown which had fallen off. When taking x-rays, the dental assistant took two x-rays. Only one of which he said I was being charged for. Why take two then? Because he (the dental assistant) said he wanted to look at the nerves. What!!??? When did you graduate med school???? You don’t need my “extra” x-ray, and the dentist I never saw certainly didn’t order it! Unreal! I made it very clear that I wouldn’t be paying squat for the visit as I never saw a dang dentist. And to top it off….after being a long time patient of the practice, one would think that when you call to cancel all future appointments…that they’d at least ask why you were canceling all future appointments. NOPE….it was just “ok, thanks”. As far as Lemon Creek Smiles Dentistry, I can’t speak more highly of the team there. Very happy we switched!

I am extremely upset about my experience at Complete Dental Studio and feel completely taken advantage of. I paid for their $299 yearly membership, which advertises 2 exams, 2 X-rays, 2 cleanings, and whitening pens. I don’t have dental insurance and only needed a routine cleaning, so this seemed like a fair and straightforward option. Even though I had X-rays done last January, they insisted on taking their own because I was a new patient. Fine. I agreed because I just wanted my cleaning. After the X-rays, three different staff members came in saying, “I heard you have questions.” I repeatedly said I had no questions — I was simply waiting for the cleaning I came in for. Finally, the dentist came in and told me they “recommended” a deep cleaning. I explained that I understood their recommendation but was there for a regular cleaning. They then told me they would not provide a regular cleaning at all — only the deep cleaning. So let me get this straight: I paid for a membership that includes cleanings, sat through an hour of exams and X-rays, and then they refused to provide the actual cleaning I scheduled unless I agreed to a more expensive procedure. To make matters worse, they required payment upfront before services were even provided. That should have been my first red flag. I understand dentists have to make clinical recommendations. But refusing to provide a basic cleaning that is included in the membership — after collecting payment — feels misleading and incredibly frustrating. I left without the service I paid for. If you are considering this office, be aware that you may be told you “need” a deep cleaning and that they will not perform a standard cleaning instead, even if that is what you scheduled and paid for. I will not be returning.

Wow! If you are thinking about switching to a new dental office, this is the place to be! Everyone at the front desk kicks off your appointment with a very positive attitude. They make you feel welcome and comfortable! Moving to the back of office, the assistants all do an amazing job setting you up and helping out in any way you need! I even received a comfortable blanket because I was cold. Thanks Jay! Ms. Rhoda was the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had, and got to know me like a friend instead of a patient. For my filling, I could’ve seriously fallen asleep. Dr. Botros did the most amazing job. Thank you all for your kindness in a situation of need for my husband and I. Merry Christmas!

I went there 2 years ago and had a cap done. My temporary cap kept popping off waiting for my permanent cap. Well last night eating RICE my cap came off. On top of that it, had gross food stuck underneath it! 🤮 So I called to get it cemented back on where they wanted to charge me for an x-ray too of $170. NO THANKS! I'll find a dentist who backs up their work or just leave it off. Not happy with them at all!!

It’s a place that I will keep going back to over and over and I have recommended them to my friends. I gave them their address and phone number and they are in the process of making their calls. They are fantastic .
