We confirmed more than once with the dental office to make sure they are 'in network' provider with Cigna and were told they are. Our bills from Cigna proved that are in indeed OUT OF NETWORK. In addition, unnecessary x-rays were taken to bill MORE from Cigna. Our dental benefit was taken away $120 compared to in network service. If you don't mind to be unknowingly charged as OUT OF NETWORK service, this office may work for you.
