I had a really great experience at Smiles Up Nashville, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and very well organized. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dental team was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about my comfort and overall experience. What stood out the most was how gentle and thorough they were. The service was excellent from start to finish, and you can really tell that they value patient care and satisfaction. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, which made me feel even more confident and relaxed during my appointment. Overall, everything—from the service to the staff to the environment—was amazing. Dr. Dudley is awesome!! My dad called on Christmas Eve and within a couple hours was able to see him & take care of a tooth extraction. Super friendly guy & he did an awesome job, made sure my dad was taken care of. My dad actually asked me to write this review for him lol. He is so happy to be feeling better! :)

Was very grateful for the service they offer. Was in a lot of pain and knew I couldn’t wait any longer so I contacted them at 5 am and Lauren had me scheduled within a couple of hours on Thanksgiving morning. She was so professional and caring. Dr. Dudley quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a complicated extraction and bone graft in about an hour. He made sure I was pain free and communicated excellent. He is the man. Their pricing was very reasonable and will use Dr. Dudley for the implant as well even though they are an hour and a half from me. I could not recommend their practice more highly. Again thank you to both of them for their excellent and prompt treatment.

LAURENNN!! That's your girl. She's going to make sure you're you're straight. She's straight forward and pleasant. I've had a lot of work done with this office, usually within the same day, they're precise, they do same day and the work is beyond satisfactory. They know me, and I know them. I know they're going to get me right. I love this practice. I've been a patient since April, I've had a lot of work done, and I trust them to get me together. If you're afraid of going to the dentist, this staff will make you feel comfortable and I've been extremely satisfied with my results. Come see my people.
