Dr. Fellner and his assistant Alliyah were amazing! I had serious tooth pain over the weekend was able to get in on Monday morning. Showed up a couple minutes late and basically walked right back. Staff there were very welcoming and listened to my needs and concerns. I think everyone I saw going back to the room had a smile and greeted me. Dr. Fellner was very professional and made sure I was in zero pain the whole time. He also walked me through every step of the appointment and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. He and Alliyah also walked me through my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I went back today for a cleaning and again had to wait maybe 5 minutes. I’ve been to a lot of dental offices and stress a lot about going but honestly this office made me feel at home and welcomed. From just the few experiences I had this week this will definitely be my new dental provider moving forward

This place will mess up your teeth if they don't like you. They broke one of my teeth. Then they were going to leave it in my mouth to rot. So I told them I'm not leaving until they pull it out. Then they said they would put an implant in. They said doctor Sims wasn't going to do it because Dr. Robertson did the wrong procedure. Just don't go there if you want to keep your teeth. You shouldn't need to get your teeth cleaned unless you don't do it yourself or good enough. I should have listened to my mom and dad. I don't need to go to the dentist. Nothing wrong with your teeth. Hard lesson learned.

My son Byron had to have a root canal. The Dr that was suppose to do the procedure had an emergency and had to leave. Dr Fellner stepped in and did the root canal, and prepared a temporary crown. He made my son feel at ease, and was so very kind. I feel he went above and beyond. My son and I want to thank him for his patience and expertise, and a thank you to his staff. I highly recommend Dr Fellner

I’ve been sitting on this for a while, but I had a truly traumatic experience at this dentist. I am a student at UT and get my normal care at a different dentist in my hometown. While in Knoxville, I had a filling fall out and was in extreme pain. I turned to this place since it was very close and I needed service quick. When I went in for the consultation they told me I had another cavity on the other side of my mouth that I was already aware of. I let them know that my home dentist would be fixing it at a later date and that I just wanted to get the painful missing filling fixed. I went in to get the filling done the next day and they immediately numbed the cavity on the opposite side of my mouth. I panicked and told them that it was the wrong side and they responded with saying that they would be doing this cavity today and they would deal with the missing filling another day. I told them that I absolutely did not want that cavity filled by them and reminded them that the missing filling was extremely painful and was the only thing I wanted fixed. I also had to remind them multiple times that I needed more numbing shots than normal because I have a high tolerance to them. Shortly into them numbing me, the dentist threatened me with a root canal if the second shot wasn’t working. I reminded them AGAIN that I needed more shots and average and they just went “Oh! I wish you had told me that!” and then carried on numbing instead of going for the root canal. Above all else, the absolute worst part is that they charged my insurance TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR JAW SURGERY THAT I DID NOT HAVE. It’s been a little over a year, but the experience was so genuinely awful I’m scared every time I have to go to the dentist.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I work in healthcare and I am so impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff. They truly are concerned with the well being of their patients. They made having root canals a pleasurable experience. Dr. Block made my comfort and understanding of the procedure a priority. He even called me once I got home. We were having some scheduling issues for a follow up appointment and he postponed his plans to make sure I was taken care of. When was the last time that happened to you? If you choose another practice to take care of your dental needs, you will be sorry. I am moving my entire family’s dental care to Dr. Block and his team. Kudos Team! You go the extra mile and it shows.
