Instead of calling me after I finished my treatment that my insurance did not process the final portion of my payment, they tried to reach me by mail several months after I moved apartments. Despite having my phone number on file (which was the primary contact for my appointments during my treatment) they did not make any effort to contact me other than snail mail. I had no way of knowing that I needed to pay the remaining balance which could have easily been taken care of. TWO YEARS LATER, I run a credit check and found that the bill I had no idea existed was sent to collections. My teeth look great but they messed up my credit lol
