I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sawrie and his entire staff! From the moment we walk in, everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jana took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The front desk employees are incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions.We have had such a positive experience and are so thankful for the excellent care we’ve received.

Dr. Sawrie is nice and does a good job but his office manager, Jana, is truly horrible. I had called the office and discussed a billing issue with someone and got it resolved. At the next appointment, Jana was at the front desk and said that the resolution wasn't noted anywhere in my daughter's chart. (She never looked down at the computer when she said this.) When I asked for the name of the person I spoke to, she said that there was no way to find that because they don't keep a record of calls. She also claimed that she is the office manager AND the only person who answers billing calls, which I'm positive is a blatant lie because the person I spoke to over the phone had a much heavier southern accent and a different tone of voice. She insisted that I must've spoken to someone at OrthoFi. OrthoFi had nothing about me calling in and Jana continued to gaslight me. I sent the office an email addressed to Dr. Sawrie but guess who replied. Because of her hostility and dishonesty, my daughter and I decided to have her braces removed. They'd been on for more than double the amount of time we were told and her teeth looked great anyways. During that last appointment, Dr. Sawrie seemed completely unaware of what had happened, so I have a feeling Jana conveniently lost that email from me. She'll probably be the one who replies to this review with even more gaslighting.

We have had a wonderful experience with Sawrie Orthodontics and highly recommend them. What we’ve appreciated most is how honest and upfront they have been about every option - we have never felt pressured into treatment. We have twins with completely different orthodontic needs, and it has been clear from the beginning that they truly focus on what is best for each child individually rather than just pushing braces on everyone right away. That level of personalized care means so much to us. Appointments are always on time, the staff is friendly and efficient, and pricing has been very reasonable. We’re so grateful to have found an orthodontic practice we trust completely!

Really great place to get your smile fixed up. All 3 of my kids go here and we have always been impressed. From the doctors care, to the assistants help and knowledge, to the administrators up front who are always very well organized and a delight to deal with every time I call or when im in the office. Thanks a bunch to you're entire staff at the Gunbarrel location ! Quality, Price, attitude, and attention to detail is primo!

Dr Sawrie and his staff are absolutely AWESOME! They are so nice , patient , knowledgeable, and very accommodating to your schedule which is rare ! Best orthodontist in Chattanooga!
