We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. McDaniel and the entire staff. From the very first consultation, everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our son feels comfortable and informed throughout his treatment. The office is always welcoming, appointments run on time, and the staff takes the time to answer questions and explain each step of the process. It’s clear that they care about their patients and strive to provide exceptional care. Most importantly, we’ve been very pleased with the results. Our son’s smile has improved tremendously, and the entire experience has been smooth and positive from start to finish. We had our daughter’s appointment today to get her new braces, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. At just 7 years old, she has a lot of anxiety about braces, so we were both very nervous about starting this process. Dr. Dyer and his entire staff at the Downtown location have been incredibly welcoming, patient, and informative throughout the process. They have done a wonderful job making sure we understand each step and helping our daughter feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Tiffany. She went above and beyond today to make what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive and memorable one. She took the time to talk with our daughter, encourage her, and help ease her nerves. During the procedure, she even came back to check on her and brought her a purple duck to hold because they had talked earlier about their shared love of the color purple. That small gesture meant so much to our daughter—and to us as parents. It is clear that Tiffany genuinely cares about the patients she interacts with, and her kindness made a huge difference in our daughter’s experience. Thank you, Tiffany, for going above and beyond and helping our little girl feel brave and excited about her braces journey. We are so grateful to Dr. Dyer and his entire team for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

We love downtown PDOC. Dr. McDaniel is the best orthodontist, he is so kind. For the 2 1/2 years we have went there for my daughter's braces needs it's been a great experience. From the start she got Christina as her assistant every time and she is so sweet and Delaney loved seeing her each time. All the staff are so nice and professional!! Highly recommend!

They are always willing to accomodate seeing my 4 children at once. We are in and out in a jiffy. They have recently added game consoles in the waiting area. A nice touch! We use the downtown location and are very happy with the services provided!

This is the best dentist office for kids! I have two children on the autism spectrum and the staff is always so patient and kind with them. Then my older two kids love going too so it’s never something any of them dread. As a mom of four it’s awesome to be able to take the kids to the dentist with no tears and a smile when we leave.
