The entire staff is friendly, welcoming with smiling faces, and genuinely cares about their patients. Paige is always very knowledgeable, kind, and cheerful. The office is clean, organized, and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care!

My 30 year old permanent retainer popped off while eating dinner. I called my dentist and they referred me to Carolina Family Ortho of Five Forks. When I called, they were able to take me in that same afternoon! The old retainer was removed (which was no small task) and I had a couple options: replace the permanent retainer or have a removable one made. The removable option was cheaper, so I went with that. A week later I went in, made sure the new retainer fit and was on my way! I appreciated how quickly the staff took care of me and how quickly my issue was resolved.

The staff here are WONDERFUL! Paige and Ashley are the BEST at the front always making me feel welcomed! The staff in the back always do a great job of making me feel comfortable and are always super nice! Love this place!
