This was my first time here and I was so nervous. My anxiety was on high but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I was able to feel relaxed and not so nervous. They explained everything to me where I can understand. My teeth wasn’t even as bad as I thought. I’m happy I chose this dentist.☺️

After being patients of this practice for nearly 10 years, it is disappointing that our relationship has ended with concerns that could have been avoided through better communication, accountability, and transparency. Over the past couple of years, I experienced multiple dental cleanings that I felt were well below the standard I had come to expect from the practice. During more than one appointment, I brought my concerns directly to the hygienist because I did not feel my teeth had been cleaned thoroughly. In my opinion, the cleanings were incomplete and warranted being redone. I also reported these concerns to the office staff. Rather than addressing the quality of the cleanings or offering to have them corrected, the only resolution offered was to remove me from that hygienist's schedule. While I appreciated being reassigned, there was no meaningful discussion, follow-up, or attempt to remedy the situation. Our final experience with billing was equally disappointing. My husband informed the office that we had a new dental insurance plan. He was told the practice was not in network with the new plan and that the office could not say what, if anything, the plan would pay. Treatment nevertheless proceeded, leaving him with a bill of more than $400. We also learned that claims had continued to be submitted to our BCBS MEDICAL plan, which was posted on the invoice and reflected on the EOB. The reimbursement acquired from this medical plan was only about $6 per visit. When we asked whether claims could be submitted to both of our available dental plans, the office advised that it would not submit to both. In my opinion, patients deserve a clear explanation of their anticipated financial responsibility and their available insurance billing options before treatment is provided. I have also withheld payment of my own final balance until I receive and review the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Delta Dental to verify that all claims, payments, and adjustments have been processed correctly. I have already spoken directly with Delta Dental regarding some of these claims as part of that review. My advice to other patients is to request a detailed, itemized bill and compare it carefully with the EOBs from your insurance carrier. If anything does not match or is unclear, contact your insurance company directly to verify how the claim was processed rather than relying solely on the information provided by the dental office. After nearly a decade as loyal patients, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and transparency. It is unfortunate that our long-standing relationship with this practice ended this way, and I sincerely hope they improve both their billing practices and the way patient concerns are handled.

They were incredibly kind and really accommodating, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about the dentist. The ladies at the front desk are amazing! Their smiles and friendliness instantly put me at ease. The dentist himself is super personable and funny, but still takes the time to explain everything clearly. I honestly can’t recommend this office enough!

I was always reluctant to go to the dentist. Always anticipating the worst experience ever. Dr Campbell is the only dentist I 've had to address my anxieties with understanding, empathy and ways to relieve my anxieties. He's so personable, kind and knowledgeable. I would never go to another dentist. He is top shelf! And not just him,but his entire staff are amazing! Shout-out to my hygienist, Crystal! She's a gem! Going to the dentist can be, daunting, scary, painful, but necessary. Having a team like this can make it a lot better!

From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left the chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident in this dental office. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My dental technician, Crystal, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in great detail, which made the entire experience feel reassuring and positive. She helped me understand what was going on and gave me confidence that the issues I’ve been dealing with can be resolved with proper care. When Dr. C came in, he also spent a generous amount of time walking me through a clear plan for improving my oral health. I truly appreciated the effort he put into making sure I understood each step of the process and what to expect moving forward. This was honestly the first time in my life that I did not feel anxious or afraid while visiting a medical office. I’m very grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism shown by everyone there. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and thorough dental care.
