Shannon (orthodontist assistant) and Dr Sims were thorough, professional and friendly. It was my first appointment there and everyone, from the front desk to the orthodontist rooms were great.

Whatever you do, don't get your braces done here. The staff seem nice enough, but I have been consistently kept in the dark about what procedures I need, what the side effects will be, and how long anything will last. Every other time I go here, they put some new contraption in my mouth that leaves me unable to eat solid food for several days - with no warning, of course. Then when I bring that up at the next visit, they just roll their eyes as if I'm making up my pain. I know braces aren't supposed to be fun, but they've made it as unpredictable as possible.

The techs are excellent and very gentle! Dr. T. is very personable. The whole staff makes the whole orthodontic process easier. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best orthodontics office!!!!! Dr. Tompkins and his staff are amazing!! My daughter is 19 and she has been a patient since she was 5 so we have spent a-lot of time in his office. Every visit has been great. The staff are super friendly and Dr. Tompkins is an amazing doctor! They truly care about their patients.
