My experience was very warming from the moment i walked in, Both receptionist were very kind and helpful, they made me feel welcome. The dental assistant was kind as well, and so was Dr. Myers. I wanna say thank you all, and I hope to see you all again soon. Phyllis Wilson

Went in for my semi-anual teeth cleaning appointments. Bill was presented to me in advance to let me know what they would be doing and costs, if any. Got into the chair within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The dental hygienist was thorough and made recommendations on changes to my dental habits. I was completely happy with the process and outcome.

Imagine this scenario: It's Masters Tournament week in Augusta and all of the dentists in town and the neighboring towns are CLOSED for the week. It's only MONDAY and I'm in immense pain - I know I can't wait until next week to see my normal dentist so I start expanding my search to towns further away. Finally, based on their already great reviews, I call South Carolina Dental Center and ask if there was any way I could be seen for a same-day emergency visit (it was already 12:30 by this time). They didn't hesitate to offer me a 3:00 appointment to accommodate my almost 2 hour drive to their office, just based on the fact that I was in pain. With this appointment I was able to get the referral I needed to visit an Endodontist quickly. THANK YOU to the excellent, very friendly, and down-to-earth staff at SC Dental Center for your accommodation to my eleventh hour dental crisis! I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I had not been informed that my primary dentist had been replaced until after my cleaning. Dr. Evans stated that I needed two new crowns. My initial appointment for the first crown took 4 hours and was not even completed as she left me for breaks to attend other patient. I returned to complete the tooth preparation and that took an additional 4 hours as she again left to see other patients.A procedure that normally takes total 2 hours had taken 8. The assistant was pleasant and helpful and had to complete the work without supervision or guidance as Dr. Evans never returned to observe the final work or inform me of the next steps.

I had my first visit with SCDC yesterday and to say I was impressed is an understatement. It turned out I had my days mixed up and my appointment wasn’t for another week but they fit me in since I was there, they had some of the most kind and friendly staff I’ve ever experienced, and both the doctor and staff listened to my fears and worked with me to reduce my anxiety as much as possible. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family and continuing care with their incredible team!
