Dr. Jernigan and his staff were great with my daughter. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Dr. Jernigan took the time to explain everything to us in a way that was really easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with the plan moving forward. I really appreciated how patient he was and how well he communicated everything. It made the whole experience much less stressful. We’re really happy we chose this office!

We absolutely love Dr. Jernigan and his entire team! He is always so thorough and takes the time to explain everything in a way that both parents and kids can understand. He never rushes through appointments, answers all of our questions, and even makes time for genuine, personal conversations which really sets him apart. The staff is just as incredible! They are so kind, welcoming, and patient. My 9-year-old actually looks forward to going to the orthodontist, which says everything! I truly wish every doctor’s office could take notes from this one because they are seriously top notch. And I can’t forget to mention the themed decorations!! They are always amazing and make every visit even more fun. I highly recommend this office!

We had such a great experience at this orthodontist office with my daughter, JaNaiya. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt welcoming, clean, and very kid-friendly. The team was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly so she felt comfortable starting her journey. The facility felt and looked like the BRAVE theme movie which was a plus. JaNaiya was so happy and cooperative throughout the entire visit, which meant a lot to me as a parent. You could tell she felt safe and cared for. She officially started her orthodontic process, and even after leaving, she’s still excited about what’s ahead. That says everything about the experience. We’re truly looking forward to this journey with such an amazing team!
