The staff is welcoming, the office is spotless, and Dr. Jernigan’s expertise and communication truly stand out. We always felt heard and well-informed throughout the entire process. The office theme also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that my family really appreciates. An excellent orthodontic practice all around!

This was our first time here, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. My daughter was beyond excited to see her name on the welcome sign — that thoughtful touch immediately set the tone and raised our expectations! Brittany and Dr. Jernigan were both phenomenal. They took their time explaining everything clearly and made sure we fully understood the process. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. My son was referred by our dentist office and we were greeted by the Madagascar theme when we walked in. This office, Dr Jernigan, and the staff are amazing! We both look forward to going and hanging out in the arcade/movie room until he's called back. I really can't say enough in the Google review to express how pleased we are with treatments, both oral and personal. He and his staff are friendly, attentive, and prepared to help in any way possible.

The people there are very nice and Dr. Jernigan is very helpful. I love the way my teeth look and they did a very good job getting me to my goal. However, since getting my braces off I haven’t had a very pleasant experience. The communication between me and the staff has been rocky. I have had several issues with my retainers/aligners. I have been up there several times to try and correct the issues and I’ve just gotten disappointed. I try to give everybody the benefit of the doubt and I have been getting care from them for years. But recently, the service has not been what it used to be, and we have run into a multitude issues. There has also just been empty promises and not enough advisement. I was supposed to get permanent retainers, but I was unable. They said I needed a cosmetic procedure done so I can get the permanent retainer placed (which insurance does not cover). Overall, I’m just very disappointed because when you pay thousands of dollars and get 3 surgeries you kinda expect a better outcome. None the less I did have a good experience when I had braces, but I think with patients who are coming back constantly having issues without their braces on, they need to be advised better. I know mistakes can happen but there has got to be a better solution/explanation. Thank you!
