Ortho Rhode Island - Providence Office

I’ve had a great experience at Ortho RI. The entire team — from check-in to the medical professionals — is efficient, professional, and kind. Huge thanks to Peter DaSilva and Stephanie Menges. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure I understand my progress and next steps. I truly appreciate their care and expertise as well as their enthusiasm for my progress! Thank you so much Peter and Stephanie for your support!

The receptionist was very helpful and professional. Brianna, the medical assistant was friendly, professional and also very helpful. The provider, however, made me feel like I was wasting his time. He asked me why my PCP would send me there, the blood work she did made no sense to him and he could not help me. He suggested I see a rheumatologist, told me there was one in their practice but she was very busy. Never offered to schedule an appointment for me with her. I did ask for him to schedule me an appointment and Brianna was kind enough to do so. Although he did not ask me if i had any questions, I did have questions but was apprehensive to ask them. My PCP initially was going to schedule me with a different orthopedic group, but because I had a wonderful experience several years ago at OrthoRI, i requested to go back there. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this visit. On a positive note, every clerical person i spoke with over the phone to schedule my appointment and also at the day of my visit were very friendly and professional. The office is well organized, clean and I did not wait long at all to be seen.

I recently visited Kayla M, PA-C. Kayla was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my diagnosis, options, and next steps. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the wait time was minimal , and I appreciate their empathy and Absolutely! I highly recommend them (By the way I started my treatment today and i feeling much better.)

I am very happy with the care I have received from Kayla Denis and the team. I have aways been treated with respect and greeted with a friendly face. Kayla spends time with me and answers all my questions. I am happy with my PT sessions as well. Olivia is working hard to get me back to where I need to be. I would highly recommend Ortho RI to friends and family.

Kayla is the absolute best! And one of my favorite practitioners ive ever been treated by in any doctors office, hospital etc. She knowledgeable but also works quickly (so you don’t need to spend forever there). She’s also extremely caring. She always remembers details about me personally and takes the time to ask and listen. She’s really really great!
