I’m currently on week two of my Invisalign journey, and from the very beginning, they’ve made the entire process feel straightforward, manageable, and stress-free. Everything has been explained clearly and thoroughly, which really helped ease any uncertainty I had going in. What stands out most is how comfortable they make me feel each time I’m in the office. I’ve had to come in a couple of extra times to replace my Invisalign buttons, and each visit has been handled with patience, care, and genuine kindness. Dr. Beagan's work is precise and thoughtfully done, and efficient. The staff is incredibly accommodating as well—they’ve been flexible with scheduling and are always willing to help make things work, which I truly appreciate! I'm happy I decided to go with this office for my Invisalign treatment and I truly feel that I am in great hands.

Always a very pleasant and informative experience.Dr. Beagan is so kind and gentle with his patients. Rosette has made the process run smoothly and my child feels like she’s in the care of family not just a provider’s office. The administration and clinical team work so well with each other and they are very gracious and kind. 10/10 recommend!!!

Very disappointed with my recent experience at University Orthodontics. I left a voicemail ahead of time explaining that my daughter would not be able to attend her appointment because we were out of state. When I later spoke with the orthodontist’s wife, I was told I would still be charged a $150 fee because the appointment was “not canceled,” and that my daughter could not be seen again until the fee was paid. I’m not sure why the voicemail message was never received or acknowledged, but the way the situation was handled was upsetting. The conversation came across as dismissive and arrogant rather than understanding. I understand policies are in place, but a little professionalism and compassion would have gone a long way.

Dr. Beagan is wonderful! We have a very complicated case and he is very knowledgeable about what to do and how to handle it. He always remains professional and works with you on all aspects of the treatment plan. We are so glad we have him.

I have two sons who are patients of Dr. Beagan for a few years now. We are all very happy with his professional service, friendly staff, and office environment. We have had few orthodontic emergencies during weekends and Dr. Beagan's services accommodated my children's needs. I've recommended Dr. Beagan's services to a few of my friends and they are all very pleased with the practice as well.
