After seeing the great results for my youngest daughter, I signed up and just finished getting my teeth fixed. Dr. Cosmo and his team were very professional, and I highly recommend this establishment. I was able to pay monthly over time, so it was very affordable!

My experience here has been exceptional. The team here has completely transformed my teeth and made me feel more confident with my smile. I receive compliments everyday on my smile, something that I'm not so used to. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff is awful and so rude. It’s extremely unpleasant dealing with them. This is in response to the office management who replied back to my review: There was never any explaination of the policy for Saturday appointments. I’m sure it was documented in the chart somewhere that the policy was discussed with me but I can assure you, it was not. I did recieved a phone call today, 6/5/2026, from someone at the office. All she asked was why I left a 1-star review. I thoroughly explained why and there was never ANY mention from her to remove my review. I truly believe this practice is money hungry and does not care about patients at all. From day 1 I felt that I was just another number there and it was not a nice feeling. I completed my treatment and I can count on one hand how many times I actually saw the doctor (twice). I dealt with one orthodontic assistant who was incredibly pleasant and made up for the rest of the staff otherwise I would of left the practice a long time ago. This practice is another example of poor practices in Rhode Island masked by flashy media advertisements. Spare yourself the aggravation and go to an orthodontic practice that truly puts patients first. This is gaslighting at its finest. They cannot accept that someone is unhappy with their experience here and clearly will do nothing to change it. They would rather have YOU apologize and remove the review to obtain their image. Now that is bullying. Which I will not stand for.

I thought I had a good experience here. However, as I found out after the fact after moving away from RI, I was left with an open bite after treatment. I remember when getting my braces off, the Dr. was struggling to get my back teeth to make contact. I didn’t know any better. I noticed that my front teeth made contact with each other immediately whenever I bit down. I thought that was clearly no big deal since no one at Cranston said anything at all about it, even when it was clear I couldn’t bite down all the way when they tried to test my bite. They just washed their hands and sent me on my way… From the front, my teeth looked great. After about a year, my new dentist noticed and freaked out about the open bite. Went to another ortho a few months later and it was confirmed. Now I’m in braces again, not even two years after getting them off. Meaning I’m paying for a whole new treatment, again, mostly out of pocket. I did everything I was told. My teeth didn’t change after treatment, proof of this came when I had to order a new retainer from Cranston and it still fit perfectly. So this isn’t because I didn’t follow directions. Before moving, I even talked to them and told them at Cranston that was willing to travel back to complete treatment if necessary after moving as from what I gathered it would be a few months more, not long at all. But I was told my treatment was complete and the braces could come off. Disappointing doesn’t even come close to explaining how this feels.

Place is great. People are great. Doc is great. Love my results so far.
