I can’t say enough good things about this orthodontist office. From day one, the communication has been amazing. Dr. James Riesenberger personally reached out to me multiple times, and that level of care is something you just don’t see everywhere. The entire staff has been unbelievably patient, kind, and thoughtful through every step of the process. You can truly tell they’re always thinking about their patients, not just the work itself, but how we’re doing, how we’re feeling, and how to make the experience better. I’m so grateful for the care we’ve received. Highly recommend.

Both of my kids had their orthodontic appointments today, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish! The entire team was so warm, patient, and attentive — they made my kids feel completely at ease and actually excited to be there. Every step was explained so clearly, and the care they provided went above and beyond what I expected. My experience with Dr. James Riesenberger and his team has been excellent. My Invisalign treatment is still on going, but the progress has already been noticeable. Dr. Riesenberger is clearly skilled and deeply knowledgeable, and he explains things in a way that makes you feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Kristen, the orthodontic assistant who has been working on my teeth, deserves real credit as well. She balances professionalism with genuine warmth, takes her time, explains each step, and clearly cares about the final result. The entire team is compassionate and dedicated, and it shows in the quality of their work. I feel well cared for every time I walk in.
