I have had a great experience at Rittenhouse Orthodontics with Dr. Jordyn Middleberg. The office is super clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I’ve never had to wait for an appointment. Jordyn is incredibly personable and knowledgeable and makes the whole process feel easy and relaxed. She was patient with all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I am currently doing Invisalign here for a few small fixes and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care in Philly. The experience is stress-free and you really feel taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Rittenhouse Orthodontics!!!

Highly recommend! I had a couple consults and felt most comfortable with Dr. Middleberg. She made the whole process easy and stress free. Dr. Middleberg took the time to listen to all my questions and explained every step. The staff is also very personable and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Jordyn Middleberg and her assistant Erika! Dr. Middleberg adjusted my retainer to make it tighter and help close a small gap that had started forming. She was very thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. Erika was also super friendly and helpful throughout the process. They both made the visit smooth and efficient. I’m already seeing improvement, and I’m really happy with the results so far. Highly recommend them!

I visited this office sometime early 2024. They were upfront about all the costs for me to get a new retainer. 180$ for the visit and approximately 500$ for a single pair that I would be getting. Indeed it's an expensive office, but since it had good reviews and the main orthodontist seemed well experienced, I decided to place my trust in it. The office staff was friendly and well-presentable, the main orthodontist also seemed extremely knowledgable, at first glance it all seemed well. Then, The assistant took my teeth's measurements and issued the order for my new retainer. However, the real issue settled in the next day when I picked up the new retainers. They were completely ill-fitting and needed a lot of push for them to set into place. The orthodontist assured me that my teeth would eventually adapt and there's nothing to worry about, and that "you can come back for any issues you may have". They then handed me the mold of my teeth, which was broken in the lower half at the front teeth, again they said not to worry as they rely on digital data rather than the actual mold. I mean we all make mistakes but when you pay ~700$ you expect much better products than that. Surely enough, the retainers were so off measurement that merely wearing them caused chronic pain in my teeth, something my old retainer (which I got for a fraction of a price at another shop) never gave. While taking off the new retainer as carefully as possible, it eventually cracked due to how tightly it was hugging my teeth. I called the office for a return visit so that the orthodontist can see my retainer and perhaps I can ask for a replacement one with better measurement (I paid a lot of money for this!). When I arrived to the office, surely enough, the assistant tells me that to merely see the orthodontist, I needed to pay the 180$ fee and a replacement wasn't guaranteed. And just like that, I realized I had wasted a good 700$ on an overpriced office with poor loyalty to its customers. This has been the most disappointing and downright insulting experience for me in any clinical setting.

I came in for a free consultation. Dr. Middleberg was thorough and patient as I am anxious about my teeth. She made me feel comfortable in the chair. Highly recommend her expertise!
