Dentistry at 1818 Market Street

All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Monique, Riri, Carrie, Stephanie and Dr. Linda in particular. I had to get a crown and Dr. Linda was so gentle and calming during the process. I cannot sing their praises loud enough! This practice is the only place I’ll get my dental work from!!!

The dentists here are excellent, patient, attentive, and very good at making patients feel comfortable. I truly appreciate their care. I’d like to offer some constructive feedback on the front desk experience: 1. Cost information: I was initially given incorrect pricing, which required several follow-ups to clarify. 2. Scheduling: When trying to schedule my next procedure, I was advised to wait until my stitch removal, which would have delayed my treatment. I had to follow up multiple times to secure an appointment. 3. Communication: Phone interactions sometimes felt abrupt, with interruptions during conversations. Sharing this feedback in hopes of improving the overall patient experience. Thank you.

I have been gong to 1818 for over 20 years. I do not have not one complaint. Dr. Siegel and his staff are wonderful. I went for my 6 month cleaning and my dental hygienist was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful with a great sense of humor.

Went to another dentist and every part of the interaction felt off. My wife found this office for a second opinion and I'm so glad she did. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just went for a checkup and x-rays and told them all the work this other dentist wanted to do and they disagreed that I needed deep cleaning needing to be numbed to do. I was able to get a cleaning later that day and my teeth look great. I will need work done but didn't feel pressured into a decision to do $15k worth of work like the other place tried to do.

Very pleased with every aspect of this practice on my first visit. From reception to providers, I was very well taken care by very professional and pleasant staff. Beautiful building and offices. I look forward to continuing my dental care here. Highly recommend.
