Dr Neil and his team are incredible! My teeth were mangled, and corrected in a short period of time after decades. Below is a before and after. He is the sweetest man, very knowledgeable and I know inside and outside of the office he is a great person! He’s not just in it for the money, he actually cares and you can tell! So happy I found Broad street braces. I’ll be sending my son here in 10 years when it’s time for his braces and I’m looking forward to it! BOOK THE APPOINTMENT! You won’t regret it

By far the one of the best decisions I’ve made in life lol. Braces have always been a dream of mine when I was younger and to experience it with BROAD STREET BRACES was completely amazing. So much hospitality and respect with them. Their entire staff was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions and concerns that had lol. I want to personally thank Lisa (front desk) and Dr. Neil. The two people I could never forget from my 2 and 1/2 years going here. Lisa always gave great assistance with me and is very respectful..with all the patients they’ve had she’s always greeted me by name at my appointments. Dr Neil is my guyyyy!!! Awesome person with sooo much respect. Always had a positive comment whenever I had an appt. Made the atmosphere 10x better than it already was. I would most certainly recommend anyone in need of braces to come to broad street braces. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience. I hope to not have to see you again lol.. but if I do I know I’ll be in great hands ❤️❤️ stay blessed guys!

Both of my daughters got their braces done here and the experience was amazing, and everything was clean. The process was smooth and any concerns were addressed appropriately by the staff, who were all very kind and patient. And Dr. Niel worked with us to ensure there would be no complications post-braces and getting a new retainer while my family underwent external pressing matters.

For me, this has been a long journey. After nearly three years of getting to know the entire staff and working together, I am incredibly grateful to finally see my dream become a reality and have the smile I have always wanted. I can finally smile with confidence. Throughout this long process, the entire team was always willing to help. A very special thank you to Lisa for always welcoming me with a smile at every appointment, for her kindness, patience, and understanding when I missed appointments due to my travel schedule, and for helping reschedule everything time and time again.
