I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Issa my orthodontist and his entire team. From the very first consultation to every follow-up visit, the staff has been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The office is always clean, organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which made every appointment smooth and comfortable. Dr Issa took the time to explain the treatment plan in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. The attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best results truly stood out. Every staff member is friendly, respectful, and goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend AI orthodontist to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care. I am an adult woman who was very hesitant to invest in “braces” at my age. I thought my upper teeth were pretty straight, but bottom teeth needed help. Dr Issa explained reasoning behind correcting both top & bottom teeth. I was amazed with the results! The before & after photos said it all. Dr Issa initially gave me an 18 month timeline. I was thrilled when anchors were removed from my teeth after 10 months. (I was very obedient and wore my retainers as instructed). My teeth are SO straight and I absolutely love my smile! Staff members are welcoming, friendly, & helpful. Office always runs on time. Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated waiting rooms. Dr. Issa did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation if you’re considering the process. (As a bonus, I lost weight because I couldn’t snack while retainers were in!)

I absolutely love that we went with Ai Orthodontist. Dr Issa is hands down the best in the industry. Knowledgeable at his profession and an amazing person. His Staff equally matches his energy and level of care. This is the absolute best office ever! Everyone is so nice and friendly and very accommodating when something goes wrong. I so appreciate them working with us during the braces journey. The staff is so knowledgeable and it seems to be a great place to work. The place is so beautiful and inviting and calming at the same time. The lattes and massages chairs are a definite plus. Dr. Issa is always so kind and friendly and it is always a pleasure to talk with him. He knows when to have fun but also knows when to be serious with the kids and I truly appreciate that. My son just got braces off and guess what lost a retainer they are not cheap to replace, but instead of charging me he said we have to make another set in two weeks let’s just do that now! I was shocked he could have charged me another 200 but instead he took my financial loss into consideration. I appreciate that. Hard to find honest, caring, exceptional doctors that actually care about there patients as much as he does. I’m so very happy we have found such an amazing doctor and staff at Ai Orthodontics to take this journey with.

I had the best experience at AI Orthodontics. The office itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and has such a peaceful, welcoming feel the moment you walk in. But the best part has to be the staff. Everyone is kind and genuinely happy. You can even hear them chatting and laughing in the hallways, and it is clear they truly enjoy working together and are friends. Dr. Issa is truly one of the kindest people you will meet. You can see how that kindness carries through to his entire team. He is attentive to detail, takes the time to really get to know his patients, and is excellent at what he does. I feel very lucky to have found this practice.
