We have been very happy with the phase 1 ortho process at Stoutland and Hayes. Dr Stoutland explains every step clearly and patiently. Her work is very clean and precise. We have a tech we like best and she takes all the time my daughter needs to get things just right and I greatly appreciate this. I highly recommend Stoutland and Hayes.

I had my braces put on last Monday, and I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. From the moment I walked in for my consult and first appointment, the staff were welcoming, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect afterward. Getting braces is never completely pain-free, but they were honest about that while still being very reassuring. They gave clear instructions for aftercare and were responsive when I had soreness and sensitivity during the first few days. I really appreciate how attentive and supportive they are, it makes a big difference during the adjustment period. Overall, the office is clean, professional, and well-organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I feel confident that I’m in good hands and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment here. I would 100% recommend this orthodontist to anybody of any age considering braces.

Everyone is very nice there. They had a lot of patience with my daughter and worked with her because she was very uncomfortable with getting braces. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I avoided orthodontic treatment for years because I thought braces in my 30s would feel embarrassing, but this place made the process feel surprisingly normal. The orthodontist never talked down to me and answered every question honestly, including the annoying stuff like soreness and food restrictions. The staff is friendly without sounding fake, which matters more to me than people realize. I had one issue where my appointment got mixed up in their system, but they apologized and still managed to see me the same day. Since starting treatment, I’ve stopped covering my mouth when laughing, which is something I used to do automatically. My bite alignment also improved enough that I no longer wake up with jaw tension every morning. Really thankful I finally committed to this.
