We can’t recommend Bull Mountain Orthodontics enough! My middle school daughter wanted braces at the same time as her friends, and one phone call got us a same-week appointment. They even placed her braces on the same day, making the whole process smooth and exciting for her. She is very happy. The staff is amazing—friendly, patient, and fantastic with teens. They explained everything clearly, provided photos, and walked us through a step-by-step plan, even for her more complicated dental issues. The office is family-friendly, welcoming, efficient, and affordable which made the experience stress-free for both my daughter and for me. We have complete confidence in Dr. Willcox and his team and would highly recommend Bull Mountain Orthodontics to any teen or family looking for expert, caring, and easy orthodontic care. We originally heard about Bull Mountain because a few years ago I went through Invisalign treatment there as an adult. The process was easy, professional, and made me much more confident about my smile, which I get compliments on often to this day. I fully recommend Bull Mountain!

As a dad whose kid just got braces, I’ve had a really great experience with Bull Mountain Orthodontics. From the first appointment, the whole team was welcoming and easy to work with. They explained what was going to happen in plain English, answered all my questions, and did a great job keeping my teenager calm and comfortable. Appointments run smoothly, the office is friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care. Getting braces can be a big deal for a kid (and parents too), but they made it feel simple and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to other parents.

I completed my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Wilcox about one year ago. Before coming to him, I had already undergone nearly 2.5 years of treatment with another orthodontist. Due to personal reasons, that doctor was unable to complete my case. I was very thankful that Dr. Wilcox was willing to take over my treatment. Dr. Wilcox is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also quite busy, but he always takes the time to listen to patients’ concerns and answer questions patiently. I truly felt that he always put his patients’ health first. He is one of the most trustworthy orthodontists in the area. The whole team is wonderful. Ariana is extremely patient and helpful, always explains things clearly, which made a big difference for me. Stephanie is also very kind and patient. My children are reaching the age for orthodontic treatment. Dr. Wilcox and his team will absolutely be our family’s first choice.

The orthodontic care is magnificent, but the most exquisite thing about Bull Mountain Ortho is the extraordinary customer service. We had one snafu after another with our FSA plan and they were incredibly patient and kind while working with us to get it worked out. I simply could not recommend this team more. If there were 10 stars, they would get it! Their customer service alone makes it a great experience for our family.

I just got my braces off, and I can’t say enough good things about Bull Mountain Orthodontics! The entire experience from start to finish has been fantastic. The doctors are amazing. Always professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special shoutout to Arianna, who made the whole process so smooth! She was awesome about helping me with flexible scheduling and did an incredible job removing my braces and helping placing my bottom permanent retainer.
