I would not recommend coming here for braces. From family experience, the staff appears to be extremely overworked and the office seems to overbook patients throughout the day. As a result, many patients are left waiting in the lobby for long periods of time. When we asked about delays, the explanations given didn’t seem consistent with what we were observing. The office also promotes a strong image on social media, especially on Instagram, but the in-person experience feels very different. It can be stressful walking in with family members and seeing a full waiting room with many patients waiting to be called. I also noticed that many of the 5-star reviews seem to come from patients being asked to leave a review in exchange for a prize, which may not reflect genuine experiences. During appointments, we often waited in the chair anywhere from 10minutes to an hour before the doctor came to see us. times when dr. eddy would begin working on my family member, then leave in the middle of the procedure to attend to something else, and then return later to finish. This made the visits feel disorganized and drawn out. Overall, the experience felt rushed and stressful, and I believe the offcie would benefit from improving scheduling and patient communication.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The staff are all super nice and welcoming! I found them on facebook, made an appointment and went home the same day with a full set of braces!! They have amazing prices and amazing payment options, definitely check them out if you’re wanting to fix your smile! 😊

I have my two daughters who are patients here. Since day one everything has been great. Great customer service, good customer service and great quality of work. Everyone is so communicative. Shalia and the doctors are great! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to fix their smile.

Super great office and staff! All the staff are friendly and hardworking. I never wait for a long time and I am always satisfied with my services.

I would not recommend this places because my granddaughter was taken her because we thought it was a great price. The work they did on her was unprofessional they let her teeth all separated and they couldn't get it back how they were. She also complained that every time she went in they would hurt her. She said that the workers won't really paying attention to what they were doing instead they were hurring up to finish to go to lunch. There weren't any dr to supervise them. At the end she was switched to a different place. They let her teeth all separated which they weren't like that. They did not improve in her teeth at all and the only thing they would do is change her colors. Her mom ended up paying most of the money for no work done. Before making a decision is good to check out other places even if you have to pay a little more. Cheap price will get you bad quality.
