We have been bringing my son to Straight up Smiles for braces and we couldn't be happier. The office staff is amazing—very kind and professional, and they always make him feel comfortable. They have worked with us on scheduling and made the whole process simple. So sorry for all the broken brackets! He is definitely trying his hardest not too break anymore, thanks for making it stress free for Dad.

I was in a horrible situation where I went for a regular dental cleaning (at another clinic) and the hygienist accidentally broke my lingual metal permanent retainer and for 5 days I was literally stuck with the wire hitting my mouth every time I eat anything or talk. Every orthodontist I called was closed or couldn't help because of the holidays. Then I came across Dr. Alex Vo's office and I called, they got me in literally 45 minutes later fixed the problem and made me 2 new retainers that I picked up 2 hours the same day later...imagine!!!!?? They fit perfectly from the get go. Talk about ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone at the clinic was so warm, friendly, and Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and empathetic. He and his team managed to turn a nightmare situation into an amazing experience. Thank you Dr. Vo for making me start the new year with a big smile 🙏😁

Dr.Vo and his team were amazing during my time as their patient! I’m always someone who arrives a little early and I was always attended pretty quick. They’re also very professional and confident in what they do. As someone who’s always covered their smile when laughing to hide my teeth, I highly recommend Straight Up Smiles for your orthodontist work. It’s such a relief being able to smile confidently.
