I was in a horrible situation where I went for a regular dental cleaning (at another clinic) and the hygienist accidentally broke my lingual metal permanent retainer and for 5 days I was literally stuck with the wire hitting my mouth every time I eat anything or talk. Every orthodontist I called was closed or couldn't help because of the holidays. Then I came across Dr. Alex Vo's office and I called, they got me in literally 45 minutes later fixed the problem and made me 2 new retainers that I picked up 2 hours the same day later...imagine!!!!?? They fit perfectly from the get go. Talk about ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone at the clinic was so warm, friendly, and Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and empathetic.
