I actually enjoy going here. It feels comfortable for all ages. The staff is exceptional, the interior is clean and very good looking. They have fun touches like a billboard with your name on it. There's a Keurig, an all female staff, no wait. The outside is unassuming and quaint, not overly medical feeling. I took a great nap while getting my braces.

I was not a patient but called for advice regarding my permanent retainer, installed by another orthodontist on the east coast years ago. Dr. Lathrop saw me on short notice, fixed my issue, and sent me on my way. Such a lovely staff, office, and experience. I’ll be recommending to others!
