Ward Family Orthodontics In Eugene, Oregon

My 9 year old is just at the beginning of their journey with Dr. Ward and his office, but our first 3 appointments have been wonderful. I loved that they noted my kiddo's 'gag reflex' just from our consultation and then were so patient and extra caring during the part that was really difficult for that (the impressions). Everyone has been really kind and patient and that has made my sensitive kiddo really confident going through this process so far!

I am getting Aligners this month but I just wanted to say that my first 2 appointments at Ward have been so welcoming and smooth. Everyone there treats you like family. They have a kid area and the receptionist even watched my daughter while I had a service done. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Ward and staff are the best. I started my orthodontic care in 2006/2007 with Dr. Niles and have since referred many friends and family members and now my kids are under Dr. Ward’s care and we’re so happy with how things are going. Dr. Ward and staff will not disappoint. They are stellar!

It's fun here! Not usually a word associated with orthodontics, but this staff clearly has fun together and that extends to the patients and families. The staff have a pumpkin decorating contest, gift basket raffles, a cozy atmosphere with a fun decorating theme, family friendly waiting room (changing table in restroom, toys for little ones while they wait for older siblings, comfortable seating), themed work days and they talk to patients about topics relevant to them (they know what's popular with kids😄). They also offered very reasonable payment plans for treatment, and we feel like we are in very capable hands.
