Red Dirt Orthodontics

Had my consultation at the Yukon location. Zulema G. is the treatment coordinator and was very pleasant to deal with. She answered all my questions regarding cost and insurance coverage. Dr. Erickson reassured me on the type of braces and duration of treatment. They were able to set me up for an appointment right away; which was convenient. Pam was my technician tasked with installing my metal braces. She was extra patient and accommodating bc I was a bit anxious about the whole ordeal. It ended up being a nothing burger. PAM IS THE BEST!

Red Dirt was fabulous getting my son's braces on and explaining everything. Their location is great for us and they get us in and out quickly. Ashley was so kind and helpful putting on the braces. We are so happy with them!

Ashley was so sweet and patient! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. She explained everything and didn’t rush at all. Always happy when I get her—she’s great!

I really appreciated Ashley today. We thought something was wrong with my sons braces, got a last minute “urgent” appointment and turns out the braces were working the way it should! Ashley really spent the time to educate me and my son on how the wires and springs were doing its job and what to expect til his next appointment. She really put my mind at ease. Thanks girl 😉
