Dr. Henry is very personable and always makes it a point to speak to everyone. They take very good care of my son and are good about working him in if he has issues with his braces.

I don't normally write reviews, but my daughter went in for one of her last appointments today and we were blindsided with a you owe nearly a thousand dollars because they failed to bill my insurance and then sooner care in a timely manner. 2 years after service began they finally tell us that sooner care didn't pay because by the time they got around to billing them she was no longer on sooner care. Their service has always been a little cold and ingenuine. We will not be taking anymore of our children to this place. Places like this is why the cost of health care is through the roof, money hungry, they charge everyone as much as they can get away with. And a rude billing lady who asked me if I even went to any of the appointments with my daughter. She doesn't know somehow that I've been to most of them. Don't go here unless you want a huge final bill and they said they will not remove the braces until its paid.

Always super helpful and quick. Dr. Henry is always friendly and knowledgeable as well as great at relaying information to parents. Very prompt and very good communication about times, delay, or needing to reschedule. Will definitely bring my other kids if they need it.

Update: child number 2 is now well into his braces and I still love the open concept and all the friendly staff at Henry. And who can forget Dr Henry himself? Absolute wonder to work with :). Love the freindly atmosphere! Like the fact that i get to see everything that is done with my daughter and ask my own questions. :-)

I had braces as a teen that were never finished. I came in wanting to close a gap in my teeth. We were able to do a fast track Invisalign option. I am very happy with my results! The doctor is fantastic. The office staff are very polite, caring, and attentive. If my children need care I will bring them here. Highly recommend
