Dr. Henry is very personable and always makes it a point to speak to everyone. They take very good care of my son and are good about working him in if he has issues with his braces.

Always super helpful and quick. Dr. Henry is always friendly and knowledgeable as well as great at relaying information to parents. Very prompt and very good communication about times, delay, or needing to reschedule. Will definitely bring my other kids if they need it.

Dr Henry always makes my kids feel comfortable and at ease. His staff is well run and organized. He has multiple payment plans available and several locations as well! We interviewed other orthodontists but felt that Dr Henry was the best fit for our family. He's amazing with the kids and his staff is too. Thank you Dr Henry!

I don't normally write reviews, but my daughter went in for one of her last appointments today and we were blindsided with a you owe nearly a thousand dollars because they failed to bill my insurance and then sooner care in a timely manner. 2 years after service began they finally tell us that sooner care didn't pay because by the time they got around to billing them she was no longer on sooner care. Their service has always been a little cold and ingenuine. We will not be taking anymore of our children to this place. Places like this is why the cost of health care is through the roof, money hungry, they charge everyone as much as they can get away with. And a rude billing lady who asked me if I even went to any of the appointments with my daughter. She doesn't know somehow that I've been to most of them. Don't go here unless you want a huge final bill and they said they will not remove the braces until its paid.

Dr. Henry's office is a place of welcome warmth. Never has a day gone by when I took one of my children in for an appointment, and we not be treated with sincere kindness. A favorite aspect is how they always make the office full of energy with Holiday games, contests, etc. There's always something to look forward to each time we go. On the medical side, my children's teeth look fantastic after only a few months of orthodontic work. They do a wonderful job explaining each and every step, and my children, in turn, feel comfortable with the orthodontic process. :-)
