Braces by Dr. C

Braces by Dr. C. is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, our care coordinator, Payton, met us right in the lobby and immediately made us feel welcome. She was amazing — handling imaging, walking us through all the information, and clearly explaining financials in a way that felt honest and stress-free. The entire office truly prioritizes comfort, transparency, and patient care above all else, and it shows. We felt informed every step of the way, never rushed, and genuinely cared for. There were lots of laughs along the way, which made the experience even better — especially for kids starting something new. Dr. A was wonderful — knowledgeable, kind, and informative. There was zero pressure to make decisions on the spot; the focus was simply on making sure we felt comfortable and informed. That alone speaks volumes. Our kids even started treatment the same day, which was such a relief and a testament to how well this office is run. We left feeling confident, supported, and grateful we chose Braces by Dr. C. Highly recommend!

I had my braces for 3 years and dr.C was literally the best! He’s so nice and kind. I never had any issues or problems there, now the braces were expensive but I loved my end results ! Worth all my money!

I went here for ceramic braces several years ago. The experience was okay, quick visits attention to tooth alignment not a lot of one on one with the ortho. A permanent wire retainer was placed. It is no longer the standard and has given me several issues with wires coming loose and stabbing me for weeks. The office will charge an $80 appointment fee and $20 per bracket for removal, totaling $240. Apparently they only honor this device for a year...but permanently place it in mouths? Considering this isn't recommended and is causing issues I would expect this to be a waived expense or at the very least deeply discounted. My dentist who had nothing to do with the device would charge $250. UPDATE: the office manager called me to get this issue resolved within an hour of my review at no cost to me. The staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. The facilities have improved greatly in the decade since I had been there last. My retainer has now been removed and took less than 20 min. I hope they'll review their policy on problematic permanent retainer removals for other patients who have these. I'm grateful they worked with me and got it off I just wish it hadn't been after I was quoted $240. I recommended them previously, and will continue to do so but will warn about permanent retainers and this situation.

I had a great experience with Braces by Dr.C . I’m not even from Tulsa, but they still took care of me and treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. The doctor was extremely nice, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me. They even helped me without charging me, which meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their patients. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Avery and Dr. A made my braces experience wonderful! They are smart, kind, and most of all fun to be around! Checking in was always easy and you are always met with a smile, and they get to know your name! Appointments start when they are supposed to and go by fast but never rushed! I had some delays in treatment due to having to have a tooth pulled by my dentist but Dr. A never made me feel bad about that and was always very open about treatment options. Dr. A and Avery have played such a huge role in my journey to a healthy smile! I couldn't have picked a better place! I will miss my monthly appointments!
