We’ve had a great experience at OSO:) we’ve had experience at another local orthodontist and this group is by far the best! From the front desk staff, to the assistant(?) to the doctor everyone has been so caring, friendly and supportive. Special shoutout to Dr. Kratzer and Zay, they are the best! Zay is so responsive to my daughter and is such a sweet soul. You can tell, they are just great people in general ❤️thanks for making this a great experience.

My son has been with oso for the last year and the switch from Dr Rainey to them was seamless! They took over and did an amazing job with his teeth. I am very pleased with the price, service and result! 10/10 would definitely recommend

First time consult this morning during a horrendous storm, no grace period was provided for a first time patient due to a 15 minute late policy. I live 8 minutes away and had to wait for an Uber held up by the storm. Its exhausting dealing with all white staff in Oklahoma where empathy is an all time low if you are black- Never had these types of issues in Houston, TX. I will be looking for another provider and encourage those with ethnic names to do the same!

We are new to braces and OSO. They are so great with my son they are always fast and friendly I am amazed at how quickly we get in and out. Very short wait time.

First time here and my experience was wonderful. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. I would highly recommend this place.
