I saw Dr. Dhariwal and Chloe today for 3 crowns. I’m floored! Dr. Dhariwal walked into my room, said hello to me and immediately looked at his assistant and asked her if I was nervous. He saw it all over my face and instead of ignoring it he addressed it. Dr. Dhariwal then was asked (by Chloe, the assistant) why the filling on my tooth was blue and without hesitation he answered her. The doctor then complimented her work when he came in and checked on things before I left. I’m so glad I decided to switch to their office. Dr. Dhariwal’s bedside manner was everything I needed in that moment plus some, he genuinely cares for his staff and it shows. Chloe was so patient with me, thorough and very supportive. I’m just so very pleased with the service I received. I believe everyone should have a dentist like him.

All of the staff is nice. Tracey is always great with her cleanings and super sweet and polite. I always feel refreshed and in good spirits after a visit

I have had extensive dental work done at various dentist office. River East is well above average for skill, customer service and efficiency. The office is very well ran, all the technicians who worked on me were very friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist does excellent work. Thank you River East!

The service from the dental assistants is phenomenal and, in person, the staff are wonderful, but over the phone, this dentist office has a lot to work on. This is one of the only dentist acceptable for my insurance because its dental. Unfortunately, I don't think I can feel as comfortable at this office as I would like to be because it seems as if they fail to properly listen and hear their patience concerns as anymore than a job they have to do. Their policies are concrete, so you never have to worry about being made an exception or excuses if you follow it 💫 River East has shown me that the dentist is an office where people serve patients as a whole in order to do their job, not for you as an individual.

Had an absessed tooth that needed extracted asap Dr.D and Chloe got right on it and extracted my tooth virtually pain free was in and out in about 45 min thanks so much for your prompt attention to my situation !
