Mellion Orthodontics - Fairlawn and Medina

My entire experience with Mellion Orthodontics from start to finish was amazing! Dr. Joe, Dr. Zach & Dr. Alex were all so caring & compassionate and their leadership of these traits filtered down thru the entire staff. I had direct care from all three doctors, as well as, Ellie, Kim, Michelle, & Stephanie and I can say with a full heart that that they were absolutely dedicated to making my experience exceptional. I'm very grateful to the entire office & would not hesitate for a second to highly recommend Mellion Orthodontics! 😁💖

I got a referral to Mellion from my dentist, and my SO completed Invisalign here previously, so I felt comfortable coming here for my own treatment. I am overall very impressed with the team at Mellion Fairlawn. The techs, docs, and desk staff members were kind, on time, and knowledgeable- answered all of my questions and made sure I knew what’s steps were next. I started Invisalign at 29 so I was a bit worried about being an outlier in their patient demographic, but I saw patients of all ages during my appointments. The office is clean and runs very smoothly. Appointments never threw off my schedule. There was only thing that rubbed me the wrong way during my treatment. In my first consultation appointment, the woman I met with was visibly irked that I was choosing to keep a gap between my front teeth. It’s something I’ve learned to love about myself and I see it as a unique feature to my face- but she kept insisting several times for me to change my mind. “Don’t you want a /perfect/smile?” “Are you /sure/ you don’t want to close the gap?” “Well, okay.. that’s /your/ choice…”. It was annoying, I felt judged and was frustrated having to repeat myself with her, but thankfully I didn’t interact with her after that. The rest of the staff and docs were kind and supportive about my choice and I didn’t get any pushback the rest of my treatment. Overall I’m very happy with my experience at Mellion.

We've had an outstanding experience with Mellion Orthodontics! My son is a regular patient at the Fairlawn office, and the care has consistently been excellent - from his initial complimentary evaluation, all the way through the retainer stage. What really impressed me is how welcoming and helpful the team has been to ME personally, even though I'm not a regular patient. We really appreciated the Dental Monitoring app that accompanies Invisalign. While we always enjoyed our in-office visits, this app enabled the orthodontists to monitor the treatment weekly without the inconvenience of leaving school for appointments. The app made it simple to stay connected with Mellion and get feedback quickly. The staff is professional, fun & thorough - the office is cozy, welcoming & spotless. The communication about upcoming appointments is clear and timely. I'm a big recycler so I was thrilled when the office brought in a dedicated Invisalign recycling box for used aligners and retainers! With his orthodontic care nearly complete, my son's smile has truly transformed - it looks amazing! I highly recommend Mellion to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care.

Mellion Orthodontics is an excellent place to go for orthodontic care! The staff is always welcoming, professional, and patient-focused. They take time to explain every step of the process and make you feel comfortable, whether you’re a child, teen, or adult. The offices are clean, modern, and very organized — appointments always run smoothly and on time. I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of treatments, from braces to Invisalign and even more complex orthodontic needs. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their results. I cannot say enough how thoroughly pleased I was with the treatment and the staff at Mellion Orthodontics. I was in a very difficult situation with a broken jaw that needed to be aligned after surgery. Every visit I was treated with compassion and kindness.
