This office has the best orthodontic team in the Dayton area. Paige, Adi and Dr Shelhouse do an amazing work with braces and clear aligners. I can already see very good progress with my ortho treatment and I am not done yet. They work with your schedule and provide excellent care to the patients. I really appreciate it very much. Dayton Dental Collaborative redefined my expectations for what I look for in prospective health care providers. The entire experience, one that I have put off for 5 years if that attests to how I feel about going to the dentist, was pleasant from my first foot in the door to exit. The staff were so kind and caring, they were informative starting at reception all the way to checkout. The hygienist I had, Melissa, was a top tier clinician and I have never been more impressed. She was comprehensive and really wanted me to be comfortable during some clearly uncomfortable tasks. Her professionalism was amazing, but she was also sincere and genuine, and extremely personable. When it was time for the dentist to see me, she managed to get the doctor with the most appropriate experience and expertise, though I was scheduled to meet with another dentist. Mr. Jensen was wicked smart and knew how to make my dental problems relatable and convey a level of understanding I haven’t experienced with many clinicians. It was important to them that I understood what they had learned from the data collected during the appointment, and that I was comfortable with next steps moving forward. They also did an incredible job of making me not feel at fault for my current dental issues. They reiterated numerous times that I have been doing a great job and the rest is genetics, which is super comforting. My experience with this office knocked it out of the park, and I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a doctors visit. 10/10!!!

Had the best experience! I was nervous to go in because it had been so long since I had been to the dentist. (5 kids will do that to you hahaha) They didn’t make me feel bad at all and took great care of me. From the first greeting, to the chair, to the financing - 110% recommend to those looking for a dentist.

Dayton Dental Collaborative is the best! The staff is so wonderful and the vibes are top tier. They make going to the dentist less of a chore. Each time I’ve been in, Jayne has been my hygienist and always makes me feel at ease! She always answers any questions I have with compassion and a deep knowledge of the field. I have truly appreciated the way DDC has changed my dentist experience for the better!

I have always experienced severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, so making that initial call is never easy for me. I reached out to Dayton Dental Collaborative because I was having facial nerve pain, and from the very first interaction, I felt cared for. I spoke with Liberty, who was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and accommodating. She truly listened to my concerns and made sure I was scheduled as soon as possible due to the level of pain I was experiencing. At my appointment, I had the pleasure of working with Mel B, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She was absolutely spectacular, patient, calming, and so reassuring. She took the time to help ease my fears and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Because of how amazing she is, I now ask for her every single time I come in. Her hospitality and kindness make a world of difference for someone like me who struggles with dental anxiety. Dr. Butler is phenomenal. She quickly identified the cause of my dental pain, took the necessary images, and ensured I was treated promptly to correct the issue. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for my comfort truly stood out. During my second appointment to have my crown placed, I also had the pleasure of meeting Paige, who was just as phenomenal,kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Every staff member I’ve encountered at Dayton Dental Collaborative has been awesome. What truly set this experience apart, though, was after my procedure this evening; Dr. Butler personally called me to check on how I was feeling and to let me know that if I had any questions or concerns, I could call her directly. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes. This is what excellent bedside manner looks like. This is how you take care of patients. I am beyond grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by this entire team. If you are anxious about dental visits or simply want to be treated like a human being—not just a patient—I highly recommend Dayton Dental Collaborative.
