⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Jayne, my dental hygienist. I was very nervous before my appointment, but Jayne immediately made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. She was extremely patient, caring, and professional, and the entire experience was completely pain-free. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and did an amazing job. I also want to recognize Kelly, Brittany, and Dr. Jensen. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Jayne, Dr. Jensen, Kelly, Brittany, and the entire team. Thank you all for making what I expected to be a stressful dental visit such a comfortable and positive experience. You guys are amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would give Dayton Dental Collaborative zero stars if Google allowed it. I have spent a significant amount of money at this office and have been extremely disappointed with how my concerns have been handled. After having crowns placed, I began experiencing ongoing problems and irritation around my gums. I have repeatedly tried to get answers and have my concerns addressed, but I feel that I have not been taken seriously. I was told that my crowns were clinically acceptable, yet I am still experiencing issues that I believe need to be addressed. I was also told that Dr. Shelhouse would evaluate my situation and come up with a plan, and I was told to expect a response within no more than two days. A week later, I am still waiting for a response. When you spend this much money on dental work, you expect quality care, communication, and a willingness to stand behind the work performed. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

This place is the best. I've been going here for more than 10 years and have always appreciated their very high standard of care and attention to detail. From the always friendly welcome at the front desk (Liberty is awesome) to the hygienists (all are great), dentists (Dr. Jenson is awesome), and dental assistants (all have been great), I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Friendly attentive staff and far above average medical care. I have seen multiple dentists and dental assistants at this office and have not had a bad experience once. The office staff are equally as kind and professional and are great at dealing with my hectic schedule. As an adult with a silly lingering fear of the dentist, I wouldn't go to any other office. They also get new technology in their office all the time which seems to be constantly improving their process and my experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Liberty last Thursday. Wow! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and honestly the most wonderful experience I have ever had! I just truly cannot express how wonderful Liberty was. Absolutely wonderful person! Thank you
