Sustainable Smiles

I recently visited Sustainable Smile Dentist Office, and overall, I was very happy with the care I received. The hygienist was kind and friendly, and the dentist was easy to talk to—they explained things clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. However, I did feel that the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, which made the check-in process less pleasant than it could have been. A little more warmth at the front desk would really elevate the experience. That said, the quality of dental care here is excellent, and I appreciate the office's commitment to sustainability and patient comfort. I would still recommend them, especially for their thoughtful and professional clinical team.

Who would ever think a chipped tooth could be a blessing?! It led me to Sustainable Smiles! I cannot thank Dr. Boone and his entire staff enough for everything they did to make my unexpected visit a truly positive experience. I am so happy to be a new patient and I am thrilled with the result

Had a filling fall out on Christmas. They were able to squeeze me in before New Year’s. Dr. Hesse took care of the problem right away. I enjoyed meeting him, and we had a pleasant talk. My teeth feel normal again.

I must give a five-star praise. I went to several hospitals to see a dentist. Finally, my friend introduced me to come here to pull and plant teeth. I went to the dentist this morning. The dentist, the dental assistant and officer are very friendly and nice. Because I'm not good at spoken English, so the dentist speaks slowly, and he was very patient in using the translator to communicate with me. The dentist and the dental assistant always pay attention to my feelings during the tooth extraction process, and the whole process was very smooth and comfortable. Appreciate!

My cleaning was professionally done as always. I gathered that I need to brush more often and floss. I had no cavities, so the floride solution must be working. At my age I should expect my teeth to show wear and have cracks. But I trust Dr. Boone and his staff and know I will receive the best care possible.
