I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lambing and her team. My hygienist, Bernice Bailey, was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with me, performed a 3D scan of my teeth, and explained how oral health connects to overall health, including the heart. She also did a deep cleaning that made a huge difference. I left feeling more confident, especially knowing she removed buildup that had been affecting my breath. Dr. Lambing was attentive, patient, and really listened to my concerns. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology. The two receptionists were professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Despite the office being busy, I felt like I was the only one they were focused on. I’m truly grateful to have found this dental team. I highly recommend Pure Smiles in Western Hill

My hygienist Emily consistently checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I am doing a review for my sister who sees Dr Lambing at Pure Smiles. Jackie loves going here because everyone is so nice and treats her respectfully though she has a hard time hearing and seeing. I appreciate the office communication with me about my sister's care. They do an outstanding job!

I scheduled an appointment here as a new patient specifically to get a routine dental cleaning. Before any treatment was performed, the staff took a full set of X-rays and performed periodontal probing tests, stating this was standard procedure for all new patients. However, they completely failed to disclose the cost of these baseline diagnostics beforehand. I was hit with a bill exceeding $500 and walked out without receiving the cleaning I actually came in for. While I understand the clinical need for an exam, the total lack of upfront financial transparency is completely unacceptable. Patients deserve to know what they are going to be charged before sitting in the chair.
