The braces treatment itself has been fine, but the customer service could be much better. The staff rarely explain what they’re doing during appointments and often make adjustments without warning. My child is usually only asked what color bands they want and then sent on their way. More communication and friendliness would make the experience much more comfortable for patients.

My younger sister was terrified about getting braces, mostly because she heard horror stories from classmates. The staff here handled her anxiety really well from the beginning. They walked her through each step slowly and even showed her the tools beforehand so nothing felt surprising. One bracket came loose after she ate something crunchy, but they repaired it quickly the next day. She actually leaves appointments smiling now instead of stressed out.

Consultation and hands were not washed by person going in my mouth. I could smell the onions through the gloves. Staff just sitting around looking at phones not a good look.
