Our teen was treated here for almost 3 years. We found the results from the treatment plan produced lackluster results. We will probably follow up elsewhere to get the results we thought we would get. Its not a bad treatment, it just seems its not progressed enough from what we discussed in the beginning. More importantly very bit of communication is a struggle. Scheduling appts, especially more than a few weeks ahead of time, was such a hassle. We could not get accurate info about our billing. At one point the office was only open one day a week. We arranged pickup times for supplies and find the office had packed up and left early. We were often told to call back later when we asked questions after our appointment, and were very often given incorrect answers about our billing info. We just never felt like our business was valued at all.

Casie & Dr Jacobs are amazing. They were very patient with my daughter during the braces removal process. My daughter was nervous about getting her braces removed but Casie made her feel comfortable and gave her words of encouragement from the time she sat in the chair. I was well informed about every detail and never felt out of the loop. They truly made the process a personable one. My daughters teeth look amazing!!!

I had the best experience ever with Dr.Jacobs. She exceeded my expectations with the care of my braces. Cassie did an excellent job removing my braces. She has a wonderful personality. If you are thinking getting braces get them! Don’t walk run and change your smile.

My experience has been nothing but Great! I love the way Des and Cheri were able to answer questions that I had with a level of confidence (and if they weren’t sure they would let me know that we would speak to the Dr about that issue) I found Dr. Jacobs to be very warm and pleasant, always willing to answer any questions, comments or concerns that I may have. The office was ALWAYS CLEAN and the ENTIRE STAFF were ALWAYS FRIENDLY! Excellent Experience. I’m within a month away from start to finish and it’s been nothing short of AWESOME RIDE! …..This is definitely the place to start a New Smile#Dr. Jacobs is definitely the Best#Forever Happy!

My experience was amazing my appointment was originally to see how much it was cost to get my braces put on. So the lovely lady Chezi performed a x-ray and they told me I can get my braces put on today with $100 off the down payment which wasn’t much at all they even have reasonable monthly payments. When it came to putting my braces on Leah was so gentle and we made great conversation also she does a really good job. Also I just came in and Taylor did a wonderful job on greeting me and setting my next appointment I was in and out and the caszi was fabulous
