Martinez & West Orthodontics

My daughter was a patient at Martinez & West Orthodontics from March 2024 to July 2026. From the very first visit to our very last, Harper always received the best care. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, kind and you can tell they all care about everyone who walks through their door. They came to know us personally, knew us as soon as we walked in the door or called, always addressed questions and concerns right away, and were always accommodating whether we needed to reschedule or the office needed to adjust their schedule, we were always seen as soon as possible. An added bonus, are the special days and occasions that the office celebrates throughout the year, and the family and community events they put on at the practice. My daughter’s smile which is perfect, reflects our time at Martinez & West.

Dr. Martinez’ office was a wonderful experience for my daughter’s braces. They set expectations properly and were very responsive to inquiries. She was always seen in a timely manner. I also appreciated that I could text questions. I will definitely take my younger children there too.

Martinez & West Orthodontics has been the best. All staff are professional & knowledgeable. We just finished with my second child of braces & I highly recommend them. A plus are the massage chairs for the parents. I have been nothing but happy with them & the results of both of my kids teeth which have now made them both smile.

The staff are super nice and helpful. My daughter loved going to the office and seeing everyone. She loved how they made her goodie bags when she got her braces on and off. She told me she was so lucky that I picked them because they were the best people ever. ❤️

Dr. Martinez and his team have been absolutely outstanding with my daughter’s orthodontic care. She has a more complicated case because she is missing her adult incisors, and Dr. Martinez took so much time to carefully explain all of the options to us, including the pros and cons of each. He never rushed us and really helped us make an informed decision that we feel confident about. The office itself is wonderful—clean, welcoming, and very inviting for both kids and parents. The front staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Martinez has created such a fun environment with massaging chairs, beverages, and even video games (a huge bonus for siblings who come along!). We truly appreciate his expertise, patience, and thoughtful care. I believe we will be very happy with the outcome, and I highly recommend Martinez Orthodontics to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!
