I had a great experience with Ryckman Orthodontics as an adult getting braces. Dr Ryckman was very honest and realistic about what my expectations should be. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I have patiently waited until my daughters full treatment was completed before giving my review. I regret not giving them my 5 starts sooner. Each individual in the office was more than catering to our circumstances. Great Job to everyone there.

Treatment went well. However, after treatment Rickmann enrolled us in the retainer club to provide retainers for an annual fee of $100. The quality of these retainers from retainer club are garbage, they break very easily and do not wear well. The office refused to make us a decent quality retainer without us paying hundreds of more dollars after we attempted to work with the retainer club for over a year. The office manager even hung up on me after I politely expressed my frustration with the quality of these retainers and asked for some type of help with getting a decent quality retainer that didn’t require me to pay hundreds of dollars.

We have had a great experience with Ryckman Orthodontics. Picked up my son's retainer today. It is always a great experience at your office. Everyone is always so efficient and so kind. I love that we got before and after pictures of treatment. His teeth look great!
