I broke my permanent retainer after 8 years and had to have it replaced, the staff and Dr. Saks are just as kind and welcoming as I remembered. You will always be greeted by a smiling face, and people who genuinely care about you and keeping you comfortable throughout your visit. Truly cannot recommend them enough!

Another great experience at Saks Orthodontics! This is our third child going through treatment with Dr. Saks - excellent care and an amazing team! Today it was Pam that made scheduling easy and Lo who explained everything clearly and made our visit so pleasant. Over the years every member of the team we have worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Saks and his team are the best - Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Saks and his team! I had braces with him as a kid and returned as an adult for aligners. Both experiences were fantastic. The entire staff is personable, caring, and always willing to help. Dr. Saks and his team make the process easy and comfortable, and the results have been great. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saks and his entire team. The customer service has consistently been excellent, and the staff (special shoutout to Allison!) is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Saks personally responded to our concerns within hours — something we know was not necessary, but was truly appreciated. We genuinely recognize and appreciate the exceptional care, attention, and follow-up they provide to their patients and families!

Saks orthodontics and Dr.Saks and staff have been wonderful to work with. My daughter and myself have both been patients. My daughter had an accident knocking out a tooth and we had to jump through a lot of hoops to get her back to normal. Having a doctor who was not only great at what he does, but also very compassionate to the emotions of situation was a game changer in making it a much better experience. I would highly recommend Saks Orthodontics to all of my friends and family for achieving that perfect smile!
