I wanted to leave an updated review after my last visit and today's appointment. I can honestly say there has been a huge improvement in the overall process and appointment turnaround time. Both visits recently has gone very smoothly, I was able to get in and out with no issues, and the entire staff has been respectful, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I am very happy with the experience overall pertaining to my treatment and my visits and I truly appreciate the effort the team has made to improve things. Well it’s definitely baddie land 😍 I’m actually VERY fortunate to have chose this orthodontist office but other than that everybody in there VERY nice Ms Baily herself is a great person and very knowledgeable in what she’s doing and talking about as well as all of the rest of the staff that works there. This is the second child we've had in braces at Dr. L’Tonya Joy Bailey’s office, and the experience has been a total breeze. My daughter actually enjoys her visits, which says a lot! Nobody in the staff appreciates time. How is it my child is sitting here 45 minutes WAITING with no communication. Then just chooses to reschedule after I drive 45 minutes for an appointment every time! While everybody sitting around talking. Don’t give the expectation of 15/20 minutes and then have people waiting a hour. !
