What I enjoy most is how welcoming everyone is. The front desk staff remembers returning patients and greets them warmly. It creates a friendly atmosphere that helps take the stress out of orthodontic visits. Combined with excellent treatment, it’s been a great experience overall.

Wore braces for 2.5 years. A few months longer than it was planned. No complaints. It is what it is. My teeth looked really nice. But whitening appt was just okay. The tech was super nice but it felt like they did not prep you enough to let you know what to expect during and after the appt. I should have taken 1000 mg pain med at least and a full meal before the appt because I could not even drive right after my appt due to my teeth sensitivity and pain. The pain pen did not help much. It should have been used before the whitening process started and not after. I am starving since I was going to eat lunch after the appt. I do not I can eat anytime soon. The high setting should not be offered unless requested. It made my teeth super sensitive that I had to go to the drug store so I can take pain med before I can drive home. Rest in the parking lot for about a half an hour. Did not enjoy the experience. I would not recommend the high setting whitening at all. Low and medium was okay.

I really love going to iSmile Orthodontics! Everyone there is super friendly and makes me feel comfortable every time I walk in. They always explain what they’re doing so I’m not confused or nervous, which I really appreciate. The office is clean and nice, and they don’t keep you waiting forever like some places do. I’ve definitely noticed a big difference in my smile since going there, and it makes me feel a lot more confident. They actually care about their patients and want the best results for you. Overall, I would 100% recommend iSmile Orthodontics to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!

We always have a great experience when we visit the Harrisburg office. The staff is friendly and highly professional, and my kids genuinely enjoy going there. Compared to other practices, their prices are also the best.

My daughter got braces today and the service from start to finish was seamless. They also have a promotion where you get a pair of customized shoes when you start treatment with them it’s limited to this month (I think) how AWESOME IS THAT!!! I look forward to this journey with my daughter and how her smile is going to be more improved.
