Dr A’s office and staff are amazing. I worked with them a couple of years ago for my Invisalign treatment and I am now bringing my 19 year old son to be treated. My son has Autism and needs a quiet calm place to help him feel calm. Straight A orthodontics is AUTISM FRIENDLY. #autism friendly Orthodontist.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I scheduled an orthodontic consultation at 12:00 PM. Since I am not comfortable completing forms online, I planned to arrive early and ask for assistance with the paperwork at the office. While driving to the appointment, I repeatedly received text messages telling me that all paperwork had to be completed before 12:00 PM or I would not be seen. This made me feel pressured and stressed while I was on the road. What disappointed me most was the lack of support for a patient who was having difficulty with the online forms. Instead of offering assistance or an alternative solution, I was simply told that I could not be seen unless the paperwork was completed in advance. I understand that every dental office has its own policies and procedures. However, the communication felt very rigid and unaccommodating, which made me feel unwelcome as a new patient. As a result, I decided to cancel my appointment before arriving. This is my personal experience, and others may have a different one. However, based on this interaction, I did not feel comfortable moving forward with treatment at this office.

Dr. A and his staff are awesome. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and the price was very reasonable. Thanks again for a great experience.

Very Friendly. Answered all my questions and I felt like I was going to received the best possible treatment with a great outcome. The staff and Dr. A were amazing. Loren was patient and helpful and Erica was professional and knowledgeable. Grateful team!
